Lake House Marine, Western Canada’s newest and fastest growing Marine Dealer, is looking for exceptional individuals to join our team. We are seeking self-motivated, passionate people that are committed to customer satisfaction and providing industry-leading care.

Do you want to work in a fast pace dynamic environment? Lake House Marine Edmonton is looking for a **Parts Representative** with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, great problem salving skills that loves their work and is reliable. Previous marine and parts experience is recommended. Training for specific brands can be supplied.

PARTS REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering parts calls
- Greeting Customers
- Ordering parts and maintaining inventory levels
- Ensuring follow up with our customers
- Collecting payment for completed work
- Assisting in warranty with manufacturers and warranty administration as directed by the Service Manager
- Assisting at the Service area when time permits; answering calls, booking customers etc.
- Assist customers with the drop-off/pick-up of their boat
- Setting up and keeping the storefront stocked, priced, neat, and clean
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
- Shipping/receiving when required
- Entering parts into inventory

**Salary**: $40,000-$55,000

Schedule:

- Tue-Fri 9-5
- Saturday 10-4
- 4 weeks off for winter shutdown (December)

**Experience**:

- Parts Experience (2-years preferred)
- Customer Service (1-year preferred)
- Marine/Automotive Experience (not required but preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
