**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform painting duties for both residential and commercial properties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, or sanding
- Match paint colors to original colors to restore surfaces
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Perform minor carpentry work such as drywall repair and caulking
- Use schematics and blueprints to rig and paint large structures

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in residential and commercial painting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Knowledge of drywall repair, caulking, and carpentry skills is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively

Pay: $20.00-$29.67 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- English not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
