The Arbor is looking for a fun and professional assistant manager / front of house server, with exceptional ability in a fast-paced casual dining environment. You will be comfortable waiting tables, charming guests and sharing our love of made-from-scratch fast casual plant based cuisine with the world. Bartending experience is an asset as you will be making your own drinks Strong respect for vegetables a must. Additional responsibilities include managing reservations, ordering, performing inventory, scheduling, training and working collaboratively with the owners, chef, and other managers. This position is for 4 shifts per week earning full gratuities. Being a small independently run, progressive restaurant, we pride ourselves on having a collaborative, team-driven environment and you will need to share this philosophy.
