**Minimum Requirements**

  • Must possess a FULL G-class driver’s license.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the landscape/construction industry
  • Speak, read, and write English
  • Ability to lift heavy objects for longer periods of time
  • Use of personal mobile device for communication, time and project tracking.
  • Ability to work on call 24/7 during winter months.

**Responsibilities**

  • Assist with site preparation, including grading, trenching, and excavation.
  • Assist with carpentry projects.
  • Load and unload materials such as soil, gravel, pavers, and stone.
  • Assist with the installation of hardscape elements, including interlocking pavers, retaining walls, and natural stone features.
  • Support Softscape installations such as planting trees, shrubs, sod, and mulch.
  • Operate landscape equipment such as wheelbarrows, compactors, saws, mowers, and blowers.
  • Operate snowblowers, throwers and hand salters, manual shovelling.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site.
  • Work collaboratively with the construction team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Perform general site cleanup and minor maintenance tasks as needed.
