Counter Manager to Join Our Bbq Crew

**Halifax's original Southern Smokehouse, Boneheads BBQ, is looking for a Counter Manager to become part of our team.**

We love an enthusiastic type of person who is hard working, organized, responsible and is able to multi-task like a boss

Some other responsibilities of the job (besides taking care of our amazing customers : ) will include:

- Answering phones/tablets and coordinating all orders and deliveries
- Communicating orders and information to the rest of the team
- Expediting and packaging food orders efficiently and accurately
- Inventory counts and restocking
- Cleaning and sanitizing
- Light food prep duties
- Hiring counter staff, training, evaluate job performance and provide feedback.
- Assist with coordinating and overseeing the execution and completion of Catering jobs/orders.
- Evaluate food products regularly to assure quality standards are being met: Verify that recipes are followed, portion sizing and presentation procedures are correct.
- Assist with Social Media Platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) - regularly taking & posting photos, identifying Social Media worthy posting opportunities, getting other staff members involved and participating.

Hours will range from 30-40 per week.
