We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Overnight Concierge & Security Service to join the team. This is a hands-on role for anyone passionate about delivering outstanding service.
OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Manager to join the team. This is a hands-on role for a leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service.
**As our Overnight Concierge & Security Services, you will**:

- Ensure the security of the building, including monitoring cameras, patrolling the premises, and responding to incidents.
- Complete detailed overnight reports for handover to day staff.
- Review schedules and event information for members, room guests, reciprocal members, VIPs, and other key arrivals.
- Monitor daily events and function sheets communicating any concerns to relevant departments.
- Greet members and guests, prioritizing their needs while adhering to Club policies and special handling instructions.
- Provide accurate information about room rates, availability, and future bookings.

Notify appropriate departments reading special requests or specific requirements from
members and guests.
- Escort members and guests as required to rooms or event spaces.
- Follow established emergency and safety protocols when responding to incidents.

Organize and maintain lost and found items in collaboration with the Concierge team.
- Understand and assist with operations of Reciprocal Clubs.

Provide consistent feedback to management regarding member and guest experiences.
Perform all other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in security, concierge or front desk roles preferred.
- Proven ability to manage and de-escalate difficult situations effectively.
- Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Background in food and beverage service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and independence.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Availability to work overnight weekend shifts and weekdays as needed.
- Must have valid work permit.
