**Part I - Position Purpose**
Looking to join a growing concrete pumping/working company with a passion for the work that never compromises quality?

Due to on-going demand, Muskoka Concrete Solutions is currently looking to add an energetic and experienced concrete line pump operator to their growing team.

**Part II - Position Functions**
- To arrive at the shop, fill up the water, load the needed equipment for each individual job.
- To maintain the equipment to make sure they are greased, clean, maintained and ready for operation.
- To carry out scheduled maintenance for equipment and truck.
- Driving to and from job sites, connect and disconnect the pump, tow the pump and park the equipment on daily basis
- To setup the pump, assemble the pipes and connections to be ready for receiving concrete.
- Must consider and follow safety procedures at all times.
- To clean and tidy the job site as needed.
- Attention to detail and be extremely meticulous.
- Must be able to operate the line pump fluently (training is available) to increase efficiency and decrease mistakes and prevent damages to equipment.
- Cleaning the pumps, pipes, connections, accessories, the truck and all other concrete equipment after completion of each job/project.
- To have problem solving skills.
- To organize and maintain an organized shop, truck, tools and equipment.
- Maintain a positive attitude and ability to work with others and as a team, work under pressure.
- Must be familiar with concrete types, consistency and characteristics.
- Flexibility to work long hours and weekends on occasion.

- Participate in educational meetings, seminars, courses to constantly improve in all aspects of work.
- Always abide by our code of conduct.
- Travel to different job sites, suppliers, vendors, etc. (Within the work region)
- Commute between jobs and work on site.
- Must have own vehicle with good standing Drivers Abstract.

**Part III - Position Specifications**
- Prior concrete line pump experience (2 years)
- Training for operation of equipment is provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Must be polite, courteous and punctual.
- Must be able to lift heavy materials and tools, such as concrete bags, concrete pipes, connections, etc.
- Masonry work experience is a bonus.

**Salary**: $32.00-$35.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- English not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greater Toronto Area, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
