**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their shopping experience.
- Receive shipments/orders in a safe and timely manner
- Assist customers with product selection, including upselling items to enhance their purchases.
- Sanitate work areas and equipment regularly to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in the bakery section, including display cases and kitchen areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and restocking products as needed.
- Follow food handling guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of all baked goods.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food service or a bakery setting is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Familiarity with cashiering and cash handling procedures is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn about various bakery products and techniques.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to work in cold environments.
- Ability to lift min 25lbs.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- Stonewall, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
