Design Office Technician

To support its development, Duo is hiring a Design Technician, reporting to the Manager of the Design Office. You are responsible for designing client projects.

Role of Design Technician:

- Design and quote large booth displays using Duo's proprietary 3d design software, in collaboration with our team of Project Managers and in accordance with the customer’s brief
- Create technical documents which guide the production team in the printing and fabrication of the booth
- Provide technical support to the sales team to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Ensure the technical follow-thru of complex projects, from the transmission of the brief until the start of production, in accordance with the recommendations of the Design Office

- Experience with the full Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Pour accompagner son développement, Duo recrute un Technicien Bureau d’Étude H/F, rattaché au Responsable du bureau d’étude. Vous avez en charge la conception des projets client.

Rôle de Technicien Bureau d'Etude:

- Concevoir et chiffrer des stands en utilisant le logiciel de conception 3D développé par Duo, en collaboration avec notre équipe de Chargés de Projets et conformément au brief des clients
- Créer des documents techniques qui guident l'équipe de production dans les étapes d'impression et la fabrication du stand
- Fournir un support technique à l'équipe de vente pour garantir la satisfaction du client
- Assurer le suivi technique des projets complexes depuis la transmission du brief jusqu’à la mise en production, dans le respect des préconisations du bureau d’études

- Connaissance générale de la suite Office
- Expérience avec la conception en 3 dimensions est un atout
- Expérience avec la suite complète Adobe Creative Suite est un atout
