**Salary**: $65,000-$75,000 annually, plus benefits

**About the Role**

Pathway Church in Peterborough is seeking a full-time **Associate Pastor** to serve as a key leader who supports the overall health, structure, and mission of the church. This position works closely with the Lead Pastor to help steward the church’s mission to reach those far from God and help them become devoted followers of Jesus.

This is a highly relational and strategic role—ideal for a leader with both pastoral heart and the ability to develop leaders. The Associate Pastor will help guide our family ministries, provide pastoral care to our congregation, and communicate on a regular basis as part of our pastoral team.

**Qualifications**
- A degree in **Theological Studies** (preferred, but not required)
- Minimum **5 years of pastoral experience** within a Canadian church context
- Strong leadership, relational, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage operations, and care for people

**Compensation**
- **Salary**: $65,000-$75,000 per year
