To support continued growth, we are seeking a motivated **Mechanical Assembler for**our Blade Department

**Responsibilities**
- Assemble doctor blades, blade holders, and related components according to engineering drawings
- Test blade holder functionality and performance
- Use hand tools, operate small machinery equipment, precision instruments and gauges
- Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and proper fit
- Assist in refurbishing and reassembling returned components
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

**Qualifications**
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret simple technical drawings
- Previous experience in manufacturing or mechanical assembly is an asset

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
