**Responsibilities**:
The Data & Analytics Manager is responsible for the whole data value chain, from tracking and data collection up to business intelligence and activation (such as personalization) to generate additional performance for our clients. In this role, you will be driving the strategy, the processes and global execution, act as an expert internally and for our clients, structure and grow your team, and lead data-related projects both on engineering & analytical sides:
Engineering:

- Ensure broad availability of data throughout business teams;
- Structure and deliver exploration solutions based on data coming from various sources;
- Responsible for tracking quality & data collection through our clients;
- Leverage existing technologies & tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI...) as well as new ones, to design & deliver new tools, reports, dashboards, vizualizations to empower analysts & business teams;
- Maintain and enhance data quality and reliability for all business teams, across OSF Digital, and for our clients.

Analytics: mentor & manage a team of analysts to provide insights, reports & recommendations across our clients, and more specifically:

- Support leadership & business teams in decision-making;
- Provide clean data sets to end users, modeling data in a way that empowers end users to answer their own questions;
- Build reporting and insights from the bottom-up;
- Standardize KPIs and processes across clients & environments.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years experience in data related eCommerce projects, including 2 years in a similar role;
- Problem Solving, Systems Analysis, Self-Motivated, Technical Aptitude, Accuracy, Innovative, Detail Orienteds;
- Strong knowledge of analytics & tracking (GA expertise being a plus);
- Strong experience with SQL;
- Hands on experience supporting ETL processes;
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, Power BI etc.
