Looking for one male and one female master.

**Objectives**:
Execute OMAC curriculum and non-curriculum programs to brand standards ensuring members progress with belt testing while meeting WTF standards.

**Grow membership through**:

- Collaboration with brand on marketing efforts, both digital and local
- Representing business at community events
- Execution of sales efforts
- Drive member retention efforts

**Organizational Structure**:

- Reports to the Headmaster
- Collaborates with a staff of 3 - 5 which includes Masters / Instructors, Assistant Instructors, Administrator and After School Support.

**Responsibilities**:
Maximizes School Operations
- Assist in the development and communication of school goals and action plans.
- Utilizes full knowledge of OMAC’s curriculum up to current rank. Including patterns, self-defense, and techniques for board breaking, various kicking techniques, various stances, and anything else that will be taught in any class.
- To lead a full class for any belt level, including effective and applicable warm-up drills and/or kicking techniques for a class and also entertain/engage/involve kids in the after school class.
- Engages with students of all ages and levels so as to develop a relationship with each student.
- To communicate company objectives and initiatives to others.
- Ensure customer’s needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Has total ability to hold boundaries with students. Any issues with students, such as misbehavior, bullying, disrespect to peers or staff, are to be reported to the manager immediately.

**Team Leader**
- Act as a role model by demonstrating high performance of skills in class.
- Ensures coworkers maintain a standard, consistent level of performance in the dojang.
- Orients and helps to retain skilled coworkers who represent the OMAC standard.
- Helps to builds a collaborative, supportive, respectful and high performing team.

**Operating Standards**:

- Ensures Operating Standards that supports our philosophy are top priority.
- Manage and follows policies and procedures.
- Ensures School maintenance is up to standard (vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, mopping floors, washrooms clean-up, backroom storage).
- Follows and upholds company policies and procedures.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
