The aim of the Voice of the Client team is to understand the client in order to establish and influence strategies and actions that will lead to increased client satisfaction.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Voice of the Client, you will specialize in understanding client needs and behaviour. You will influence orientations on the Bank’s key projects that affect the client experience, satisfaction, and marketing.

**Your role**:

- Understand and identify the risks and issues associated with the problems presented and develop adapted research plans
- Plan, structure, and carry out client and market research on various topics to advance our decision-making process
- Consolidate, aggregate, and shape client insights into strategic recommendations
- Complete reports and analyses using previously collated data in response to current project needs
- Complete text analyses to gain insight into the comments gathered
- Work closely with a senior marketing research advisor to increase awareness of our insights and influence the client culture
- Work with various collaborators on the cross-sector Voice of the Client team

**Competencies required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience OR a Master’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience (marketing research, marketing analysis, data science)
- Experience and aptitude for data analysis, essential (manipulation and interpretation of pivot tables, Excel, SPSS, an asset)
- Experience and aptitude for presenting results and writing for executives (PowerPoint)
- Ability to identify insights and interpret encrypted data, particularly pivot tables
- Proactive, autonomous, and able to make decisions that impact the organization by uniting key players
- Bilingualism, spoken and written (English and French) for dealing with English-speaking partners outside Quebec

**Preferred competencies**:

- Ability to summarize and aptitude for communicating (storytelling)
- Knowledge of text analysis and artificial intelligence tools, an asset
