**A little bit about the role**:
The key to the Human Resources Business Partner success will be partnering with business unit leaders to recruit, retain, develop, and provide them tools that motivate people to enhance the culture of high performance. This person will be a results-oriented individual with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and has meticulous attention to detail combined with the ability to deal with constantly changing requirements and priorities. You will be seen as a valuable strategic business partner within the organization and trusted to drive positive change.

**What you can expect**:

- Partner with leaders to develop and implement effective HR strategies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business
- Offer through leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy
- Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development
- Collaborate and partner with HR team in the continual develop of HR programs and initiatives
- Champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top results
- Develop and lead people strategies and approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Partner with Learning & Development to work on value-added programs in training, development, career mobility, and job performance.
- Support and act to foster a diverse culture that promotes inclusion and belonging.

**Desired Qualifications and Experience**:

- Strong business acumen and a proven ability to provide strategic solutions that align with overall company objectives.
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience at a business partner level, ideally in a global high-tech environment
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles and best practices
- Highly analytical and can think conceptually, analyze data, and effectively communicate trends.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize your HR responsibilities.
- Proven record of successfully implementing and executing impactful programs
- Service-oriented and capable of communicating with employees at all levels.
- High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Outlook, Word and Excel and HRIS systems
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration
