Care & Company is a leading provider of in-home care services in Greater Victoria, BC.
We are committed to providing compassionate and personalized care to our clients, helping them to live independently in their own homes.

**Position**:HCA Caregiver
**Employment**: Part-time / Casual

**Compensation**: Starting at $23.00 per hour or more based on experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with showering, medication blister packs, exercise guidance, dressing, light housekeeping, etc.
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.

**Qualifications**:

- HCA experienced Caregiver (certification is preferred, but not limited).
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Willingness to provide a Criminal Record Check and references.
- First Aid or CPR Level C.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Legally approved documentation to work in Canada.
- Preferred but not required: Valid BC driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.

Applicants from outside of Canada will not be considered. Please note that this position is located in Nanaimo, BC and applicants will be expected to relocate for the position, if they are not currently living in the city.
