**Job Summary**:
The main responsibility of the delivery driver will be to pick up and delivered flooring to job sites. Quality customer service is a must; the associate will communicate with home and business owners regularly. As well, it will be the responsibility of the associate to fill out paperwork and maintain the dispatcher updated about the status of deliveries. The position will also require you to work with other departments at Platinum Pro-Claim Restoration, such as Contents, from time to time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Loading, driving, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
- Reviewing order to ensure all contents are being sent and are delivered to the correct customers.
- Ensuring that the customer is satisfied and has a great overall customer experience.
- Making sure that all items are transferred safely.
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
- Reporting to the Flooring Dispatcher to receive work orders and communicating with dispatch on the processes of a job.
- Providing a helping hand during a busy time with other departments, such as Flood or Contents.
- Completing your daily timecard to ensure jobs are billed correctly on ADP.
- Working with our project management software, Restorify.

**Job Requirements**:

- A valid BC drivers’ license.
- Ability to drive a 1-ton truck is an asset.
- Minimum 1-year experience moving or contents handling.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to inspect, pack, load, store and deliver materials.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Must be detailed oriented.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Willing to take on additional responsibilities and be cross-trained with different roles.
- Ability to work well alone as well as in a team environment.
- Able to pass a criminal background check to our approval.

**Compensation**:
**_Wage: _**$18.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience)**:
