We are looking for a problem-solver and builder—an intern with strong technical skills, an inquisitive mindset, and the drive to experiment and create—to join our Application Development team. This role is an opportunity to gain real-world experience developing solutions using low-code tools like Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies.

We stay ahead of the curve by leveraging the latest and greatest tools available such as using ChatGPT in our day-to-day work, continuously experimenting with new ways to enhance productivity and efficiency. We are DIYers at heart, always optimizing, refining, and building better solutions.

**What does your day look like at Edon?**
- Assist in developing and optimizing Power Apps and Power Automate workflows
- Integrate AI and automation to improve internal workflows
- Manage data using APIs, JSON, and Microsoft 365 tools
- Contribute to technical documentation for future reference
- Participate in team discussions for system improvement
- Maintain positive relationships with employees and supervisors
- Communicate with management for practical Office 365 technology implementation

- Recommend additional Office 365 features to enhance business processes
- Coordinate cross-training with Help Desk for end-user support
- Assist IT in bug identification and hotfix implementation
- Follow policies and company requirements
- Ensure adherence to QMS activities for IT documentation
