**You will be responsible for the following**:

- Cutting, sanding and grinding castings
- In a team environment manufacture castings to support our production
- Work as a team with other Finishers and Cell Leaders to complete work tasks and meet delivery commitments
- Experience with 5S and Continuous Improvements is an asset
- Job training provided

**You will possess the following**:

- Relevant foundry/metallurgy experience will be a big asset.
- The ability to follow procedures and willingness to learn new skills
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Able to communicate in English (verbal & written)
- Strong sense of teamwork within groups and across the organization
- Must be flexible with working overtime
- Previous exposure to a manufacturing, and foundry environment is an asset
