This individual must be organized, able to multi-task, and able to communicate effectively. Previous construction, greenhouse and irrigation systems experience and knowledge will be an asset. **Departmental Responsibilities And Skills**: - Experience assembling finished product, both mechanical and electrical. - Experience with measuring, using die-grinders, disc-grinders, and other hand and power tools in a production setting - Cutting various materials with various tools - Must be conscientious and have a good eye for detail to ensure that quality product is achieved - Must be able to work with mínimal supervision. - Critical thinking, resourceful, and the ability to "think outside of the box" - Able to read and interpret drawings accurately as necessary - Able to work well and accurately under pressure - in time sensitive situations - Reliable, punctual and organized - Able to work independently or as a part of a team. - Forklift, reach truck and scissor lift experience an asset - Able to lift 50 lbs. as necessary - Ability to kneel, stoop, limb ladders, use stairs, reach, pull and lift - Must have your own transportation and safety footwear - Willingness to learn and adapt to a rapidly changing environment - Work with all departments to fill needs of the company and customer - Participate in training programs as required - Follow all company safety, policies and protocols - _This job description is not intended to be all inclusive and you may be asked to perform other duties as assigned and deemed necessary by work demands_ **Renumeration**: Competitive wages that will be based on experience, knowledge and skill set.
