**Marketing Analyst**
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Configuration, management and analysis of traffic and event-based website data.
- Work cross-functionally with business intelligence team to analyze areas of opportunity and provide suggestions to enhance marketing efforts conversion.
- Prepare data visualizations and reports, both in-depth and high level, for marketing team, cross functional teams, and senior management team.
- Analyze social media market data including sentiment, areas of saturation, high influence voices and customer insights.
- Frequent review of customer journey and purchase flow from awareness to conversion.
- Critical analysis and reporting on trends and discoveries in external consumer research.
- Other duties and departmental support as required.
**Requirements**:
- A strong understanding of marketing requirements and best practices across social media platforms.
- Well informed on algorithmic ad tech changes and market trends.
- Balanced creative thinker and strategic thinker - we know you are out there.
- Advanced knowledge and management of marketing tech stack: Google Ads, Meta Reporting, AdRoll Reporting, Twitter Analytics, Google G4, Later analytics, Hootsuite Insights, Power BI, HubSpot, Tableau
- Knowledge and understanding of the proper handling of privileged, private and personally identifiable data.
