**About Us**: At Pan Pacific Toronto, featuring 405 intimate guest rooms, 24,000 square feet of meeting space, and restaurants.

**Position: Guest Service Agent**

**Department**: Front Office

**Reports To**: Front Office Manager

**What You'll Do**:

- Handle check-ins and checkouts, answer phones, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Process reservations, enter group rooming lists, pre-block guest rooms, and coordinate with Sales and Front Office departments.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving complaints and handling special requests.
- Assist with balancing cash floats, preparing audit reports, and managing guest accounts.
- Provide outstanding guest service with a positive, energetic attitude.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Minimum 1 year of guest service experience in a hotel or related industry.
- A post-secondary degree in hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent organizational, computer, and problem-solving abilities.
- Opera experience or strong PMS (Property Management System) experience is highly beneficial.
- Availability for all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From $21.50 per hour
