We believe that people can copy our marketing, they can try to copy our products, but they can never duplicate our company culture because it's truly something special We are currently seeking an **IT Leader** to join our awesome leadership team What we can offer you: - To be part of the happiest company in the world - A company culture like no other - A competitive Salary and Health Benefits - A work environment that drives creativity, innovation and passion - Future growth and development - A team of likeminded, out-of-the-box thinkers who love to have fun and deliver WOW in everything that they do - An opportunity to make an impact and create value What your responsibilities will include: - Manage information technology and computer systems - Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations - Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance - Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures - Controlling and evaluating IT and electronic data operations - Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems - Act in alignment with users needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy - Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time - Audit systems and assess their outcomes - Preserve assets, information security and control structures - Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness - Understand all positions in the IT department and manage all IT team members effectively - Work as a liaison between vendors to ensure smooth running of all operations What we require from you: - Minimum 10 years experience as an IT Manager - Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation - BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field - Knowledge of data center management and data governance, technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems - Experience and working knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systems - Experience in designing or working on software integration with ERP and highly customizable apps and platforms preferred - Experience with best practice web development methods and teams preferred - Interest in modern/progressive IT solutions such as Cloudfare or infrastructure, open-source systems and cloud SaaS solutions is an added benefit - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Works well with a team as well as independently with mínimal supervision - Out-of-the-box thinker who can articulate ideas and suggestions If this position excites you, we invite you to apply **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Dental care - Disability insurance - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking - Paid time off - RRSP match - Vision care Schedule: - 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Woodbridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) **Education**: - Bachelor's Degree (preferred) **Experience**: - IT support: 5 years (preferred) - IT Management: 10 years (preferred) - SAP: 3 years (preferred) - Project management: 5 years (preferred)
