**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and providing excellent service to our guests.

**Responsibilities**
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and food preparation areas.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff.
- Ensure that all items are properly stored after cleaning to maintain an organized workspace.
- Help manage waste disposal and recycling efforts in compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during busy service times.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen safety protocols.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Willingness to assist in various kitchen tasks beyond dishwashing as needed.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service in a restaurant or hotel setting.
