**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for meal service, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and portioning out items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
- Follow all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery during peak hours.
- Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Participate in daily cleaning tasks as well as deep cleaning duties on scheduled days.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques within the food industry.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
