**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Transport Swamper reports to the Manager of Logistics. In this essential role, you'll work alongside Class 1 Heavy Equipment Haulers, providing crucial assistance to ensure that tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES**:

- Working 5 - 6 days a week, 8 - 10 hours a day, depending on shop requirements.
- Assist Class 1 heavy equipment haulers with the safe loading, unloading, and transport of heavy equipment.
- Perform physically demanding construction labour work.
- Able to work in various climatic conditions and work effectively.
- Strong sense of urgency and commitment to assigned work.
- Spot the driver during specific driving maneuvers to ensure safe navigation and prevent collisions.
- Other duties as assigned and required for JATEC’s operations and personal development

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Valid** Class 5** driver’s license required.
- Must have **reliable vehicle.**:

- Must be able to lift** 75 lbs**.
- Be able to stand, kneel, crouch, bend and walk.
- Experience working with heavy equipment is considered an asset.
