Located in Rimouski, the Manoir les Générations offers a friendly atmosphere where it is stimulating to work. We have a dedicated and caring team for autonomous seniors and those with a slight loss of autonomy. The resident attendant sees to the comfort, well-being, safety and general needs of residents by providing them with hygiene and comfort care.
Schedule: a permanent full-time position 10/14 at night with one weekend out of 2

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
- Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
- Contribute to the development of a residentsè action plan based on their observations
- Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training)
- Respond to all emergency situations
- While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Formation of PDSB
- Up-to-date CPR/AED general first aid training
- Law 90 training (an asset)
