As the Leasing Specialist at Patry Group of Companies, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional living experiences for our residents. Your primary focus will be to lead the leasing process, establish strong relationships with prospective and current tenants, and ensure that our new property maintains high occupancy rates. This position is a 12-month contract with the opportunity for renewal at the completion of the contract. Your passion for customer service, paired with your sales prowess, will contribute to the growth and success of our residential communities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lease Management: Oversee the entire leasing process from start to finish, including marketing available units, conducting tours, screening applicants, and preparing lease agreements.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate positive relationships with prospective and current tenants, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of local real estate trends, competition, and pricing to optimize rental rates and attract quality tenants.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to maximize property visibility and attract potential residents.
- Team Leadership: Supervise leasing agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success in meeting leasing targets.
- Tenant Retention: Implement retention strategies to nurture long-term relationships with existing residents and enhance resident satisfaction.
- Property Tours: Conduct property tours showcasing the unique features and amenities of our residential properties, creating an exceptional experience for prospective tenants.
- Lease Renewals: Facilitate lease renewals and negotiate terms to maintain high retention rates.
- Rental Policies and Procedures: Ensure compliance with rental policies, fair housing regulations, and lease agreements.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, occupancy rates, and resident feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Leasing Agent or similar role in the real estate industry.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding leasing targets.
- Strong customer service orientation and exceptional interpersonal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with fair housing regulations and leasing best practices.
- Leadership acumen with the ability to motivate and guide a leasing team.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple leasing activities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in leasing software (preferably Yardi) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Passion for real estate, a keen eye for detail, and a drive to create extraordinary living experiences.
