Location: Edmonton Convention Centre, Edmonton, AB

Open Roles: 2 Videographers, 2 Photographers (Co‐op students welcome)

Event: INITI8 - A one‐day, high‐energy real estate conference hosted by INITIA Real Estate

**About the Role**

You’ll be on location for a full day, capturing the energy and dynamics of INITI8 from engaging

B‐roll footage to vibrant event photography. Your work will help showcase the pride,

momentum, and community spirit of INITIA’s flagship conference.

**Responsibilities**:

- Shoot B‐roll footage to capture ambiance, branding, and candid moments
- Take event‐style photographs throughout the day
- Collaborate with the creative team to deliver coverage aligned with conference goals
- Provide raw files or select edits promptly after the event

**Requirements**:

- Experience in live event photography or videography
- Own gear preferred (camera, lenses, audio if applicable)
- Available on-site for the full-day event: October 18, 2025
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-energy environments
