Kitchen Lead

**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Leader to join our dynamic team. The Kitchen Leader will play a crucial role in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety, and leading a team of culinary professionals. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**
- Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage food preparation processes, ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes served.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on food handling techniques, preparation methods, and safety protocols.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings.
- Conduct interviews for new kitchen staff, contributing to the hiring process.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in the food industry with a strong understanding of food preparation and handling.
- Previous experience in team management or supervisory roles within a kitchen setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to foster teamwork and collaboration among staff.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
