QUALIFICATIONS
- **PHO IPAC**certification, **CPR - BLS**certification for Healthcare Provider, **HARP**Certification
- **CDA Level II** certification / diploma
- **2 + years** experience working as a CDA Level II
- **Periodontal** dental knowledge and **four handed dentistry** experience is key

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Excellent time management, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent chair side manner with patients
- Able to reliably commute; excellent attendance and punctuality
- Self-directed and autonomous; provides leadership within clinical team
- Excellent record keeping skills, documentation skills, and attention to detail
- Organized, efficient, multi-tasker, maintains a tidy work space in a fast paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in taking XRAYS, and good understanding of dental terminology and instrumentation
- **This is a**_**permanent part time position on Mondays and Thursdays with our associate periodontist from 8am to 4pm in our Kitchener location. Occasional opportunity to work more days or cover for vacation / illness.**_

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
