**Technical Service Representative SRD**

**Key Areas of Responsibilities & Associates Duties, include but are not limited to**:

- Help diagnose and walk customers through technical issues
- Field test and trials of product improvements solutions
- Quality assurance for both shop and field teams
- Major warranty investigations, warranty claim reporting back to the factory
- Report concerns of product lines to the PC
- Technician Mentoring

. Global Support
- Travel inside and sometimes outside of Canada.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be experienced in and have a strong knowledge of SED/ADS Epiroc equipment.
- Problem solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills, able to multi-task
- Good computer skills including, excel, multiple databases.
- A proven self-starter who requires minimum supervision.
- Good communication skills.
- Outstanding people skills, good listener, ambitious and patient

**Additional Information**:

- A strong technical background and good communication skills with both external & internal customers is a very big part of this position.
- Communication in both official languages is a benefit
- We would be providing the individuals with the proper training required to be able to perform this position.
- This would be a great opportunity to increase your knowledge on all Epiroc equipment.
