Bradbosh Landscaping and Snow Removal Inc. has an opening for a Gardening Supervisor position within our company. Under the direction of the Management team you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, dispatching of our teams including sub contractors, coordinating and managing staff as well as ensuring quality. We are a COR certified company and believe safety is paramount.

SKILLS Ability to take direction, learn and work independently as well as part of a team

Valid Class 5 license

Experience in operating equipment, including but not limited to Skid Steers, loaders, plow trucks

Ability to drive truck and trailer

Assist management in logistics, specific but, not limited to: routing, troubleshooting - problems that arise

Ensure teams are working safely and efficiently through direct supervision

Mechanically inclined (able to fix small mechanical issues at a minimum)

Conduct investigations when incidences occur and notify management immediately

Understand team leader and team member’s roles

Strong communicator

Ability to maintain simple records and make verbal reports

Strong adherence to Bradbosh safety policies and protocol

Legally authorized to work in Canada

EXPERIENCE

2 - 3 years of relevant experience, Preference will be given to those with Gardening Landscape experience.

2-3 years Leadership / management experience

Coordinate people and equipment and company resources
