**Overview**

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our **Winter Operations Team** as **Part-Time Snow Shovellers**. In this role, you will be responsible for clearing snow to ensure safe, accessible environments for our clients. This position requires physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to work in harsh winter weather.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Clear snow from sidewalks, driveways, and properties using shovels and other tools and equipment.
- Work in **teams of 3** to complete assignments efficiently and safely with a plow truck.
- Operate hand tools and small snow removal equipment as required.
- Follow all company **safety policies and procedures**.
- Report hazards, unsafe conditions, or equipment issues immediately.
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude when representing Lawn ‘N’ Order on client sites.

**Skills & Requirements**
- **Must be available 24/7** during the season (on-call when snow events occur).
- **Overnight shifts required** - snow often falls at night.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads and work in extreme cold.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Previous snow removal, landscaping, or equipment experience is an asset but not required (training provided).
- Mechanical aptitude or landscaping knowledge is a bonus but not required.

**Compensation & Schedule**
- **Starting wage: $16-$18/hour**, based on experience.
- Paid bi-weekly.
- Work is **on-call and weather-dependent**; hours are not guaranteed but may approach full-time during heavy snowfalls.
- Season begins **November 2025 or when snowfall starts**, with fall cleanup opportunities available for early starters.
