**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Train new employees on food handling procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including dining spaces and kitchen facilities.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and cash management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, food safety regulations, and sanitation practices.
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Familiarity with bartending practices is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficient in operating kitchen equipment and managing kitchen operations effectively.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
