As an on-site commercial cleaner, you will report to the Senior Supervisor and the Operations Manager. You will ensure all duties are completed up to expectations, your workspace is clean and tidy, equipment is maintained and cleaned that is used in the day-to-day operations and perform other cleaning duties upon request.

Work Responsibilities and duties:

- Dusting, wiping, cleaning and disinfecting surfaces
- Sweeping/Mopping/Vacuuming
- Bathroom cleaning, disinfecting, dispenser restocking
- Garbage/ Recycling/ Compost collection
- Kitchen and lunchroom cleaning
- Floor scrubbing using auto scrubber machine.

Qualifications needed to succeed:

- A Fantastic attitude
- Drivers License and vehicle (Multiple sites in different locations)
- Attention to detail
- No relevant experience required
- Great communication skills with Manager & Supervisor, work colleagues and clients/clients customers.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Clean Criminal Record

Fantastic Cleaning Ltd is seeking a custodian/cleaner who is motivated and detail-oriented to join our growing team We clean and maintain several establishments in the Greater Vancouver area and are looking to add a full-time team member.

Shift Schedule: 2 shifts available

6 days a week. 30 hours per week. After 6 PM Wage rate $21-23/hr

&
On Call Casual (variable hours). After 6PM Wage rate $32/hr

Site location: 3 locations in Central Vancouver

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
