**What Experience Do You Need?**
- At least three years of experience in a gaming management role, with Table Games experience and leadership experience in operations that include entertainment or hospitality components.
- Advanced computer skills and the ability to read and interpret financial documents.
- A good understanding of IT and IT solutions to support business operations.
- Ability to obtain any necessary certifications or licenses relevant to the industry (e.g., Gaming License if applicable).
- Flexibility to work a schedule that meets the needs of a dynamic business environment.

As the Casino Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our operation, which includes 150 slot machines, e-tables, table games, poker tables, a large-scale food and beverage operation, and a venue with a 2400-person seating capacity.
