**About the opportunity**:
We are looking for a passionate, highly motivated Application Development Specialist to plan, design, develop, test, deploy debug, troubleshoot, and support efficient operational systems for customers, core organizational functions, and business processes. The Application Development Specialist will have these opportunities to ensure system integrity, provide solutions for the internal stakeholder’s requirements and support the implementation of cloud or on-prem environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed specification documents, report designs, and program technical solutions.
- Implement and design systems to provide ad-hoc reports, via SQL and/or Excel, PowerBI, that may be required by internal stakeholders
- Utilize source control software to maintain integrity of production software, including prior versions of code
- Maintains a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and/or systems pertaining to job functions

**The experience and skills we value**:

- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Engineering
- 5+ years of C#.NET and SQL development experience
- Experience with T-SQL, JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, HTML and CSS
- Experience with API/UI/UX strongly preferred
- Understanding of Manufacturing, planning and other operational process flows.
- Strong problem solving, innovation and analytical skills, deliver on schedule in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- An exceptional team player with experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Ability to communicate effectively with all the stakeholders including Client Tech folks and offshore business teams.

**What will put you ahead**:

- Understanding of ML, AI capabilities, architecture, and deployment of online solutions
- Microsoft Power Tools
- Experience and working knowledge of DevOps or Git hub
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
