To work as a certified Automotive Body Repair Technician / Automotive Painter.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Removal and reinstallation of the following components; windows, doors, mirrors, lights, seats, stanchions, flooring and body panels.
- To repair, sand, prime and finish exterior, and interior body work.
- To assist with the de-rusting and cleaning of chassis and structure.
- Cleaning and repairing of components for bus refurbishing.
- Use products to protect and underseal structural components.
- Removal and replacement of electrical, hydraulic and air components.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:

- Certified Automotive Body Repair Technician. An Apprentice must be registered.
- 0- 2 year's experience.
- Grade 12 minimum education.
- Knowledge of automotive body repair techniques, painting and using power tools, air tools, grinders etc.
- Must be self motivated to produce high quality work.
- Must be able to receive instructions and carry out work with little or no supervision.
- Fast Learner and being able to work individually or as a team in the body repair of heavy duty transit buses.
- Painting experience is considered an asset.
