**Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly to towing service requests from our dispatch center.
- Operate the tow truck and related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform inspections and routine maintenance checks on the tow truck to ensure its proper functioning.
- Secure vehicles properly and safely for transport.
- Transport a variety of vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, and light trucks, to designated locations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, being professional and courteous at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers, keeping them informed of arrival times and any potential delays.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards to maintain an exemplary driving record.
- Exhibit problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations during towing operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid and clean driver's license with a record of safe driving.
- Proven experience as a tow truck driver or a similar driving role is preferred.
- Excellent driving skills, with the ability to tow vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle mechanics to perform minor on-site repairs is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong physical stamina, as the job may require lifting and carrying heavy objects.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Professional and reliable work ethic.
- Good geographical knowledge of the local area to efficiently navigate routes.
- Willingness to undergo any necessary background checks and drug screenings.
