Shift Managers are a critical part of our restaurant leadership team. Shift Managers work with the management to provide direction and training required on every shift to exceed our customers’ expectations. As a Shift Manager you will be responsible for assisting in the execution of daily operations and activities.

The following provides an overview of the basic responsibilities of a shift manager:

- Train and actively coach crew members during service and non-service hours
- Support operations and staff, including execution of all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- Oversee food safety, quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Participate in creating and maintaining a customer-focused environment
- Execute cost control systems

**Qualifications**

1 year's experience in a leadership position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 44 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
