**Fresh Start Foods Canada Ltd.** was founded in 1993 to provide Foodservice Customers with a fresh alternative. An outstanding supply network, efficient distribution through our three regional locations, and our thoroughly modern processing plant are all part of our commitment to provide the freshest fruits and vegetables possible.

We are currently seeking a full-time **Warehouse Supervisor** to join our team based out of our **Milton, Ontario** location.

**Position**: Full-Time, Permanent

**Schedule**:7:00am-3:00pm or 8:00am-4:00pm as needed, overtime

**Salary**: $24-29 based on experience
- Establishes and maintains productivity standards for all warehouse job functions in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager and ensure those standards are being met
- Ensure daily receiving paperwork is completed and filed on time for processing with our accounting department
- Ensure all SQF and HACCP checks and paperwork is signed off and filed in accordance with company policies in conjunction with the Warehouse Manager
- Work with Warehouse Manager to ensure budgets in labor cost, waste, product cost and expenses are in line with budget
- Warehouse scheduling and approving weekly hours and Payroll
- Conducts shift meetings to ensure Employees are well informed, up to date with Company and Department Matters ( Inventory and other areas of concern such as Health & Safety)
- Key team member in hiring, overseeing training programs for new staff members
- Determines Long term skill requirements for Department and develops staff to meet long term goals and needs
- Ensures that all aspects of Food Safety are trained, understood and administered with 100% compliance
- Has thorough knowledge of relevant Health and Safety regulations.

**What you bring to the Fresh Start Table**:

- Has minimum two years experience in a Warehouse supervisory or similar role
- 1-3 years operations experience in material handling
- Must have experience in the distribution/handling of produce or food products.
- Strong PC skills, proficiency with Google Products such as Chat, sheets and Calendar
- Can maintain a flexible work schedule
- The ability to plan and organize daily and weekly employee task and schedules
- Must possess strong decision-making skills
- Other duties as assigned
