This entry-level role is ideal for someone early in their career eager to gain target-driven experience in the financial industry. **Key Role Objectives**: - Spearhead the growth of LendCare’s partner network across Canada. - Drive the partnership process from initial contact to the execution of agreements, facilitating seamless payment solutions for consumers. **Responsibilities**: - Proactively schedule and coordinate appointments for Senior Business Development Representatives with prospective partners. - Utilize your prospecting skills to identify and qualify new leads. - Make a strong first impression as you introduce decision-makers to LendCare’s innovative solutions. - Play a supportive role in assisting Senior Representatives to seal the deal with new partners. - Manage and process partnership documentation with precision and care. **Requirements**: - Educational or professional background in sales or business development. - **Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, and making outbound calls will set you apart.**: - **A passion for achieving targets and thriving in a results-oriented environment.**: - Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to engage effectively with partners. - Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software, Soft Phones, Virtual Meeting platforms, and Digital Contract Signing tools. - Full-time availability with the ability to work in our head office in **Pickering, ON** **About Us**: We are a publicly-traded company on the TSX with over 4000% shareholder return since 2001.
