Renovation Specialist

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Execute renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Perform caulking and sealing tasks to improve the integrity of structures.
- Restore existing features while maintaining the original aesthetic of the property.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various renovation tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Engage in concrete forming for foundations, slabs, and other structural elements.
- Install cabinets and fixtures according to design plans and specifications.
- Build custom structures as needed, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
- Conduct electrical work as required, ensuring compliance with local codes.
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently when necessary.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in renovation or construction roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in caulking, restoring surfaces, and using hand tools.
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Experience with concrete forming techniques is highly desirable.
- Skills in cabinet installation and custom building are a plus.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices is beneficial.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely; certification may be required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
