**Summary of Role**:
**Position Responsibilities**
- Analysis and Solution Definition
- Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges.
- Identifies strengths and weaknesses in requirements/needs and suggests areas of improvement.
- Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solutions.
- Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for project engagements
- Technical Recommendation and Testing
- Leads testing effort.
- Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
- Works with project manager(s) to identify required changes.
- Communicates needed changes to the development team.
- Project Execution
- Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
- Takes input from Users/business and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.
- Communicates and applies project standards.
- Manages resources in accordance with project schedule.
- Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.
- Understands the components of running a fiscally successful project.

**Position Scope of Responsibilities**

Contributes technical feedback on project/workstream work products; this feedback must be timely and appropriate. Provides timely feedback to project team members on the work products they have submitted for review. Leads and coordinates requirements elicitation by outlining the system's functionality.

**Position Objectives and Metrics**
- Leads large or strategic and tactical projects, which will revolutionize or improve business processes
- Provides modelling of the business processes (Visio) and understands the business need and impacts of the proposed solution
- Uses multiple elicitation techniques such as facilitating brainstorming sessions, focus groups, and/or requirements workshops with the purpose of requirements elicitation
- Creates models to determine the problem/opportunity that can be addressed
- Conducts analyses of opportunities in order to clarify priorities and value

**Metrics**
- Contribution to achievement of IT objectives and overall strategic objectives
- Adherence to SDLC used for workstream/project development
- Quality metrics for development team managed by the functional Lead
- Project success metrics such as on time delivery, cost/budget, fulfilment of requirements
- Customer and client feedback
- Number and quality of submission of knowledge of best practices within and across teams

**People and Performance Management**
- Demonstrate commitment and leadership
- Lead by example and serve as a role model, exhibiting ethical behaviour, and educating staff.

**Education, Experience, and Other Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related discipline;
- Experience Level of 10 years of more as SA
- Exposure to Digital Transformation Programs (Web CMS - (eg:sharepoint, confluence, etc) is highly desirable)
- Knowledge of data modeling techniques, enterprise architecture
- Workflow automation experience
- Programming experience is an asset
- Advanced English and spoken French
