OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: - Proven prior Marine / Fiberglass & Gel repair & refinish or Autobody training & experience. Internal & Manufacturer factory training provided for the right individual. - Able to physically perform all necessary duties of the position with the ability to coordinate and organize repairs on multiple units. - Team Player with strong cooperation and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - A strong work ethic with a "can-do" attitude to ensure client expectations are met - Proven attention to detail, motivated and willing to learn, reliable, organized, punctual and ready to contribute to a positive working environment - Interest in boats and the lake lifestyle an asset - Possess and maintain own basic tools. Specific tools & equipment provided **Responsibilities**: - Dismantle, repair and refinish of fiberglass / gel damage, blemishes and cracks. - Inspect and estimate repair times for customer units in coordination with the service writer / manager. - Communicate with service and parts department to ensure priorities and schedules are maintained & supplies and parts requirements are satisfied. - Perform pre-delivery inspections of new stock, sold and pre-owned units and provide repair / refurbishment reports of work required.
