**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing support throughout their journey.
- Assess client needs and coordinate appropriate services to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on client care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote trust and engagement.
- Monitor client feedback and implement improvements based on their suggestions.
- Prepare reports on client interactions and service effectiveness for management review.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices in client advocacy.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a healthcare or social services environment.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for documentation and reporting purposes.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in client advocacy practices.
