The Service Technician is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Experience with hand tools, troubleshooting, resourcefulness, and a customer service orientation would make you successful in this role.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Visiting client sites throughout a designated area where office furniture has been previously delivered and install/repair any damaged or malfunctioning products
- Deliver and install components that have been back ordered
- Help with big installation projects, including assembling furniture on site
- Trouble shoot delivery/installation issues

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean Driver’s Abstract
- 2+ years of experience using hand tools; furniture assembly experience is an asset
- Team player attitude and strong ability to follow directions and product instructions
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including complete and accurate paperwork
- Ability to consistently carry 75lbs, unassisted
