Landscape Horticultural Expert

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to assess, manage and lead project sites by successfully maintaining residential client gardens
- Work closely with your operations manager to: maintain award winning gardens while providing feedback on improvement ideas
- Work within a landscape crew of 2-3 employees
- Operate/supervise the safe operation of a variety of property maintenance equipment including Pruners, Trimmers, Hedge trimmers, blowers, etc.
- Horticultural Plant knowledge Required
- Maintain assigned equipment and reports required repairs
- Support Jeff's Outdoor safety, performance and culture
- Winter season snow removal experience required

**Requirements**:

- Advanced landscape maintenance knowledge learned through 5+ years of experience
- Advanced knowledge of Plant Material and Installation procedures
- Full G license with clean abstract or CVOR
- Professional & Punctual
- Good communication skills with both teammates & clients
- Able to use electronics (ie. Phone or tablet) for timesheet and communication with office

Pay: $1,400.00-$1,600.00 per week
