**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Appointment Scheduling**: Assist in managing and scheduling service appointments, ensuring an efficient flow of guest traffic
- **Ownership Manager support**: Work closely with Ownership Manager to ensure seamless coordination and documentation of guest needs and vehicle service requests
- **Administrative Assistance**: Assist with basic administrative duties, including data entry, updating service records, and ensuring proper documentation
- **Team Collaboration**: Provide support to other team members within the dealership as needed to ensure smooth operations
- **Customer Experience**: Ensure a positive, friendly, and professional experience for every guest, whether in person, on the phone, or through digital communication channels

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is preferred, ideally in an automotive or luxury environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and excellent phone etiquette
- A team player who is proactive, adaptable, and willing to take on new tasks as needed
- Basic knowledge of automotive terminology is a plus but not required
- Must be available to work daytime hours and Saturdays as scheduled
